Frequently Asked Questions

  • We mail envelopes on the 20th of each month. You should receive your envelope in 3-10 days. If you sign up before the 20th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 20th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

  • The Founding Membership costs $10/month or $100/year. This rate stays the same as long as you remain a member.

    After the initial Founding Membership spots are filled, it is $12/month

  • Each month, you will receive a letter from me, verses, journal prompts, and a collection of other little surprises (like playlists, stickers, or recipes) designed to help you reclaim delight.

    Each month has its own theme, so no two envelopes are the same.

  • Email me or go to your membership dashboard to end your subscription, update your address, or update your billing. Please email me before the 15th of the month so we can update your address before we mail it.

  • Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If your Delight Dispatch doesn’t arrive, email us, and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct.

    Sometimes mail gets delayed or lost. If you haven’t received your letter by the end of the month (US), we can send you a replacement!
